Ève Gravel: Montreal Fashion Week S/S14

Since I was back to school the same week as the Montreal Fashion Week, I had to write my Ève Gravel post only now. But, here it is and I am so excited to share it with you.

Last friday, I had the chance to see the spring/summer 2014 collection of eve gravel at the 25 edition of the Montreal Fashion Week. Eve gravel is a montreal designer that I particularly love. If i had to choose one fashion show to attend, it would be Ève Gravel's, which I did.

Her collection mainly consisted of tribal prints, pastels and neon accessories. She designed a collection that could appeal to a western movie by still keeping a classy city girl vibe. She did so by colour blocking the black and the white, with wedges. What I really liked in her collection is how wearable it is. I could wear many pieces as everyday outfits and add the necessary accessories to turn it into a chic cocktail outfit. Also, the materials she used seemed very light and comfortable.

I absolutely enjoyed watching the collection. It is an experience to live other than on T.V.

If you saw the Eve Gravel collection at the MFW,
I am curious to know your thoughts.

Louboutin: My story about the Red Soles

Last week, I was in Toronto and I really wanted to share with you my experience at the Christian Louboutin exposition, which took place at the Design Exchange Museum in the Financial District.

This exposition is heaven to all women and when I say all women, it is really every single women in the world.
(Guys, this is a hint for you :P)

I especially noticed how Louboutin designed a pair of shoes that appeals to any type of women.
The Sexy one, the Classy one, the Glamour one, the Smart one, the Sporty one.

From 12 inches heels to ballet flats and funky boots, Louboutin didn't miss out on anything. My best friend who is really not into fancy heels and shoes told me secretly during the exposition that she fell in love with the red soles. I believe that if my best friend made that confession, no women will say "NO" to at least one pair of Loubies in her shoe collection, including me.

Through his shoes, we directly see how he is not only a shoe designer, but much more.
He is an artist ruling the shoe and fashion industry.

I was already in love with Louboutin and his creations, but I definitely fell in love again.

If you went to the exposition,
Leave a comment below.

I am really curious to know what you think about the exposition,

This is where you will find all the most devoted fashionistas of Montreal.
The MFW will take place at l'Arsenal, situated in Griffintown from Sep. 3 to Sep. 6, 2013. You will have the chance to see in exclusivity the latest S/S14 collection of Montreal's most talented, new and well-established designers of such as, Melissa Nepton, Dinh Ba, UNTTLD, all brought to you by Sensation Mode Group and P&G Beauty.

Dinh Ba

You have the possibility to buy a pass for the week, the day or the designer.

However, I would love to see all the pieces of art presented by my top designers, but I will most probably be there only for the last day.

I didn't lose any hope though, because Sensation Mode recently introduced the SMMTV.
I could watch my favourite collections, live from my MAC and won't be missing on anything.

Thanks to Sensation Mode,
